Welcome to AMORIXHOME.com! AMORIXHOME is an e-commerce site specializing in selling home and bathroom goods while providing top-notch customer service. AMORIXHOME provides a platform for design and renovation professionals, as well as a store for homeowners and renovating consumers. AMORIXHOME merges its' products, industry knowledge, trade professionals and home owners together in one collective place. The 'Terms Of Use' are a mutual agreement between AMORIXHOME and you through all products and services with AMORIXHOME, or any of its' subsidiaries. AMORIXHOME will collectively be referred to as 'AMORIXHOME' 'we' 'us' or 'Site' in this agreement.

This agreement provides important information to you, including information about your obligations about your content, our liability limitations and your agreement to resolve any disputes by individual arbitration and to waive the right to participate in a class action suit.

Please be sure to read the agreement, as using the Site is consent to these terms. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, you should stop using the Site. By using the Sites, you affirm that you are able and legally competent to agree to and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use or if you are not legally competent to agree to them, then you may not use the Sites. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for your records.

Right To Access

You must be at least the age of majority in the state of which you live to use the Site. Use of the Site by anyone under the age of 13 years is strictly prohibited.

If you register directly with us, the user agrees to provide the Site with accurate information and update it as necessary to remain accurate. Personally identifiable information will be treated in accordance to our 'Privacy Policy'.

Use of the Site is acceptance of the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether or not you are a registered user. If the user is signing up for our Professionals Account, you give the Site the right to list your profile in our service provider directory on AMORIXHOME.com and any of its subsidiaries. Professionals Account are subject to our 'Professional Account Policy'.

While using our Site, the user agrees to abide by all common standards of etiquette and act in accordance with the law, in agreement of the 'Acceptable Use Policy'. 'At any time, you may opt to close your account with the Site. We also reserve sole discretion to temporarily or permanently suspend use of the Site or our Services at any time for any reason, without any notice or liability to you. Furthermore, the user agrees that AMORIXHOME will not be liable to the user or any third-parties for termination of access to the Site.
Professionals Account Policy
Professionals, or those referred to as within the "Trade", confirm (a) they meet minimal requirements to opt to sign up for the program and are established professionals within the trade; suggested, but not limited to plumbers, painters, interior designers, design firms, architects, contractors, electricians, handymen, and remodelers, (b) they agree that their profile will be listed in the user directory on both TheBathOutlet.com and its subsidiaries, (c) all uploaded and submitted information is in correspondence and compliance to the "User Generated Content Policy", (d) the individual signing up has authority and approval to submit the firm or company for the program, (e) the Sites hold final acceptance of the Professional into the program, (f) the Sites can change any aspect of the complimentary Professionals program without disclosures (g) the Site has full and final ability to terminate any existing accounts in accordance to the "Right To Access".
